The location was excellent and the apartment has a nice homely feel about it. Facilities good.
The terrace was a lot smaller than I thoughtnfrom the websitenand it wasnnoisy as the air conditioning units for all apartments in the building were located there. Although it had 3 bedrooms if therenwere more than 2 people staying in the apartment it would be veery crowded as he apartment in my opinion was only large enough for 2 people. One of the double beds was on a different level which looked good in the photograph but in reality there wasn't any head space so you couldn't stand up

Our apartment was fabulous. The view of the Alhambra from both rooms was perfect and so romantic. The ac kept the rooms cool in spite of the intense July heat in Granada. The location couldn't have been better for seeing sights and walking around the old arab quarter. The cafe right at the end of the street on the little plaza was delicious and there was an impromtu musical performance to enhance the romance of the evening. The sofa bed was comfy enough for our two kids (ages 6 and 11) and our bed was comfy enough as well. The windows are new so the apartment was quiet when we needed it to be. We also loved the Spanish style of the rooms with antiques and art. The kitchen was decently furnished and the fridge was large. The round bath in the bedroom was really unique. Our daughter thought that was just amazing!
We had wanted to go up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the cool night air and the view of the Alhambra but the door was locked and none of our keys opened it. There weren't any managers around to ask about it so we couldn't enjoy that aspect of the apartment building. The apartment building is old so there isn't a lift. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who can't handle several flights of stairs unless there is a bottom floor apartment available. Most of our luggage was lost from our flight and I was happy to have only one large luggage to take up and bring down.

In the Albysin but not as many steep hills as others. Near the main plazas/transportation.

Nicely decorated with good appliances and spotlessly clean and fresh. Well fitted out. Good location able to walk everywhere. Very happy despite the things that went wrong.
Terrible shower apparatus extremely difficult to use and actually quite dangerous. Large bath tub in bedroom a waste of space and not necessary. No ironing facilities in apartment or on request. Fold up sofa bed not made up for 3rd guest which was booked. Office all closed up when we arrived at 1pm in afternoon and after advising them what time we would be arriving in there pre registration process.

very comfortable apartment,central location.
Some street noise and the front door slams very loudly, I would not recommend the downstairs rooms for this reason. We had room 6 on 2nd floor;

Location of the hotel is very good yet very difficult to find if you are travelling by car .
It was unusal experience.We have wasted 5 hours finding the place.We were on the road trip so booked last minute ,later on we didnt have access to internet so we missed out on all complicated procedures that are there in place . When you make booking nothing appears to be unusual about this apartment.Only once you make booking you receive a list of things that were not mentioned on website. For example you need to contact them by sending a text to the number not mentioned on bookings.com the one mentioned on website no one answers.I Left information in comment box what time we will be there but when we arrived no one was there, no one advised us that upon deparure apartment must be left clean then out of the blue after holidays we were sent penalty charge.Appalling!! Nice location but service would do with big improvement. So overall save yourself a hussle if you go only for few nights.You get similar prices in the hotels where you dont have to spend time cleaning your room.

Centrally locate apartments near to resturants, tourist office and tourist attractions. They are excellant value for money. The bedroom was comfortable and decorated in a moorish style. The kitchen/lounge are was well equipted and the sofa comfortable.The staff are very happyful and I would recommend these apartments to any friends visting Granada.
The ensuite bath room is very small but it does have the benefit of a power shower.

Good location and interesting interior decor. Fabulous massage shower.
Very small living room with a tiny dining table (1 bedroom apt). Despite the excellent arrival instructions provided, the hotel is physically very difficult to reach by car. Parking is only possible at public parking lots which are not near (at least 5 min walk) and not cheap (~20 EU/day)

A very cute appartment, tastefully decorated. The walls are pained in beautiful colours which adds to the charm.. The bathroon has a jacuzzi which is great to relax in after the day's sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped.. Eleina, the manager, is very friendly and helpful.. The hotel also gave us several tapas restaurant recommendations which were excellent. Located in the charming old area of the city.
The buidling we were in did not have a lift so had to climb up 2 floors with our bags.. However, the main building has a lift. No clothes line - we needed to wash some clothes but found no place to dry them! Other than that no compaints!

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. The apartment was comfortable and good value for money. Staff was very friendly (when around).
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, so everytime the people upstairs took a shower it started leaking in our bath. Living room was rather small, a larger dining table would have been nice. Reception wasn't open most of the time, it took 3 days to check-in properly and receive information on the area and places to eat.
